ytninza currently has no subscription, paid plan, or in-app purchase. A personal YouTube Data API key is optional; the app can also use its yt-dlp fallback without one.

Privacy Policy

1. Website data
This landing page does not use analytics, advertising trackers, account registration, contact forms, or first-party cookies. To remember a manual language choice, it stores one local preference named ytninza-language in browser storage. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, so GitHub may process technical request data such as IP addresses and user-agent information under its own privacy terms.
2. Data handled by the app
- Local settings: an optional YouTube Data API key, download-folder location, and window preferences are stored on your device. The API key is not bundled with public releases or sent to the operator, but it is supplied to Google’s YouTube Data API when you choose to use that API.
- Content requests: URLs, channel handles, and related public video metadata are processed through YouTube, Google APIs, or yt-dlp to provide analysis and downloads.
- Local files: downloaded media, filenames, and download history remain on your device in the folder you select.
- Runtime policy checks: the app periodically requests a signed availability policy from GitHub Pages. The request does not include a device identifier, YouTube URL, API key, or local file information. GitHub may process ordinary connection data such as an IP address and user-agent. If the policy cannot be reached or verified, the app continues with its built-in allow policy.
- Crash reports: when the app encounters a fatal error, it automatically sends a diagnostic report through Google Apps Script. A report can contain the app version, timestamp, operating-system and architecture details, Python/runtime details, error type and message, traceback, and the latest 50 log lines. Recent logs may contain YouTube URLs, channel or playlist names, video titles, and local file or folder paths. Google may also process connection information such as an IP address while transmitting the report.
3. Purpose, retention, and sharing
Diagnostic information is used only to investigate crashes, maintain compatibility, and improve ytninza. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and is deleted when no longer needed. Information is not sold. It is disclosed only to the service providers required to operate the relevant feature, including GitHub, Google, YouTube, and Google Apps Script.
4. Your choices
You may use the app without entering a YouTube Data API key. You may delete local settings and downloaded files from your device. To ask about a diagnostic report or request deletion, email the operator with the approximate report date, app version, and error description so the report can be identified where possible.

1. Acceptance and permitted use
By downloading or using ytninza, you agree to these terms. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and only with content you own or are authorized to download, save, convert, or access offline.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the URLs you submit, the files you create, and compliance with copyright law, licenses, YouTube’s Terms of Service, and the rules of any other service you access. Do not use ytninza to infringe rights, bypass restrictions, redistribute unauthorized copies, or interfere with a third-party service.
3. Third-party services
ytninza relies on third-party services and open-source software, including YouTube, Google APIs, yt-dlp, and FFmpeg. Their availability and behavior may change without notice. ytninza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
4. Availability and changes
The app is currently provided free of charge and may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features may stop working when third-party services change. No guarantee is made that every URL, format, operating system, or service will remain supported.
5. Disclaimer and limitation
ytninza is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or data preservation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for content loss, account restrictions, service interruptions, legal claims, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Keep backups of important files.

1. Authorized content only
Users may only save content they own or have permission to download. ytninza is a local-purpose tool and does not grant any license to third-party videos, music, images, or metadata.
2. No circumvention
ytninza does not bypass DRM, paywalls, or access restrictions. It must not be used to defeat technological protection measures or obtain private, paid, members-only, or otherwise restricted content without authorization.
3. No hosted media
The operator does not host, index, or distribute downloaded media through this website. Downloads are requested by the user and written to the user’s own device.
4. Copyright concerns
If you believe the software or this website raises a specific copyright concern, email coastguard2681@gmail.com with your identity, the work concerned, the relevant URL or software behavior, the basis of your rights, and a way to contact you. The operator will review sufficiently detailed reports and take appropriate action where necessary.
5. Trademarks
YouTube and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Their names are used only to describe compatibility and are not evidence of sponsorship, approval, or affiliation.
